Rented a bike box from Paul recently for a trip to Spain. Super easy to use, bike arrived in perfect condition and easy to pack. Paul was really friendly to deal with and would highly recommend!!
I travelled to Barcelona to compete in the Ironman event . The communication with Paul was great throughout and the pick-up was easy to find (love the flag trick!) and flexible, as was drop-off.
The "Alan" box was easy to pack and solid so there were no concerns over safety, travelled smoothly through the airports and gave great peace of mind whilst travelling, that my bike was well protected.
I used my own internal packing to protect the frame inside, I would recommend having that to hand for extra protection and, of course clothing can be used to do this too.
Fill your empty bottles with nutrition or underwear if travelling with only hand luggage and use the space around the bike for everything else.
Having had luggage not arrive in the past, now, I always pack all my race day essentials in with the bike.

Hired two Trico boxes for a trip to Spain. Was able to test pack the bikes in advance, my XC bike which is a size large race bike with 29*2.4 tyres fitted nicely. Great service.

Fantastic bike box hire. The box itself is great: in top condition, very well sized to fit in car and breeze through flight check in whilst having lots of space inside to store the bike safely.

Recently used a box from Paul at burwash bike box hire! For a trip to Gran Canaria. Box was perfect for what I needed. Bike arrived there in one piece and back home also in one piece. Well partly dismantled but all undamaged 😂. I’d highly reccomend anyone local to Paul to use his services.

Paul was great and would certainly use again. I was concerned I couldn’t fit my aero road bike in the box as I had little or no slack in the hydraulic lines, Paul let me do a trial run before I hired a box.

Being a first-time triathlon competitor, getting a bike to Lanzarote for an Ironman was a little nervy for me. I found Burwash online, & Paul was great in showing me how to use the bike box for the first time. He gave me a brand new Bike Box Alan that safely got my bike in and out of Gatwick airport for the event. Paul gave great customer service at all times and was hugely flexible in arranging the pick-up and drop-off of the box itself. Highly recommend!
